Meet the Visionary Behind T5 Vision
At T5 Vision, our leadership team is composed of seven passionate individuals committed to guiding our non-profit organization. Each person brings unique expertise and a shared vision for community service. Together, they strive for impactful decisions that propel T5 Vision toward its mission.

SOME MAJOR ASPECTS OF THE DAY-TO-DAY FUNCTIONING OF T5 VISION.
T5 Vision, Inc is approved by the IRS as a 501 (C)(3) charitable non-profit corporation, registered in the State of Indiana, USA, run by a board of office bearers and directors.
T5 Vision has the following office bearers:
President and CEO – Sajan Mathews, Ph. D.;
Sr. Vice President & Treasurer- Jonathan Mathews, M.B.A.
Secretary and Accountant – Grace Mathews, B.Sc.
In addition, T5 Vision has four Vice-Presidents/Directors. The Office Bearers and Directors together comprise the Board of T5 Vision.
The Board members serve as administrators of care,
teachers, trainers, and consultants in the USA and internationally.
T5 Vision office bearers and board members shall serve the organization on a voluntary basis. T5 may also open the door for additional volunteers to serve at T5 who are allowed to raise their own funds to work at T5.
The revenue source of T5 Vision is from the freewill donations and contributions, including estates and wills, of the office bearers, board members, or other individuals/partners with like-minded faith and who share in the vision and mission of the T5 Vision organization.
All receipts are properly accounted for and receipts issued. All donors will be issued a tax-deductible letter annually, on or before Jan. 31 of the following year of the
donation.
All disbursements are properly accounted for and evidence maintained as to where, whom, and when, the monies available in the T5 Vision account were used or
donated.
T5 Vision is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit corporation registered in the State of Indiana, USA — planting seeds of Tender-care, Teaching, and Training for the glory of God.
